Hello

My name is Britt Floyd and I am a proud wife, soon to be mom of two, dog mom, wine lover, hockey enthusiast, amateur creative, and an avid researcher who loves to focus on people and family! As a red headed extrovert, I joined the real estate world to better help people during all aspects of the home process. I originally come from a science and medical research world, utilizing my MBA in Project Management. When I made the transition to real estate, I realized just how similar these two worlds and the project management process can be!

I am not a native born Northern Virginia girl but I have come to love this area so much the more my family and I explore. I was raised all over the east coast and have become a little bit of an expert on houses and small handyman work. Over my life I have moved close to 25 times and have lived in houses that we have renovated, houses that were perfect and easy, houses that were definitely a challenge, and houses that we built from the ground up. I am blessed to have a very hardworking handyman for a father and avid patient and creative mother who helped create my love for homes.

I am a purser of knowledge and chose to work at Paul Wesley Real Estate  as they share those same values. I am blessed to work with some amazing people in the industry that are a wealth of knowledge that they freely share. I also purse every opportunity to grow my own knowledge, especially as this is an ever changing industry.
